Over the past 2000 years the Caveman Triathlon has created an extreme weather tradition! Gail force winds, blinding rain, frogs falling from the sky and infections on male athletes who shave their legs for the first time!
Never fear, Caveman 2017 is HERE!
Nostradamus writes, “The Caveman Triathlon in the year 2017 will be one of heat. From the breath of dragons, look for temperatures nearing 137 degrees.”
The Farmer’s Almanac predicts, “Flower Mound, Texas will experience extreme Type A conditions from all participants. Expect chickens to roost and pigs to swine as the event will experience perfect weather and pancakes.”
You can cheer on your athlete during the 275-yard indoor pool swim. The 10.8-mile bike ride is an easy walk to see your rider knock out a rolling cycling adventure. And for the run, your athlete will tackle a one-loop 3.1 mile run with “a ton” of viewing opportunities.
Parking is simple.
Our venue in Flower Mound provides loads of close distance parking for all athletes and spectators.
The experience is inspiring.
You’ll see some well-trained triathletes working on their speed as well as a bunch of beginners crossing the finish line for the first time.
All participants will receive a tech garment and all finishers will receive a medal.
